Thermal transfer
We call the technique we use to label our ropes thermal transfer. Thermal transfer is the name of the technique with which a plastic label is permanently attached to the outside of the rope (instead of the classic banderole). The lettering is "ironed on" using heat and pressure. The inscriptions are permanent, will not be lost or peeled off. This also prevents e.g. "snagging" when pulling off the rope.
Ultrasonic
Perfect butt welding of rope ends Ultrasonic is our own special technology that we use to butt weld the rope ends. All SINGING ROCK rope ends are processed using this technology. The load-bearing core of the rope and the protective sheath are fused into a compact unit on the last 15 mm of the rope
Route 44
Experience the future Route 44 is a unique technology developed and patented by SINGING ROCK. This technology opens new horizons in rope braiding. The Route 44 technique enables rope properties that were thought impossible before the introduction of this technique. The processing of ropes using this technology makes the rope very compact, softer and gives it a significantly longer service life. These ropes also reduce the "creaking" effect. Route 44-based ropes offer significantly better frame parameters than other ropes.
