Attachment and Connector - New version

The new attachments are even more stable and now also serve as the rod's closure. Thanks to the two integrated rubber seals, the closure stays securely on the rod. You can now simply screw the green attachment on or off as needed. The screw on the connector has been replaced with a thicker screw. This prevents the thread from breaking out and also requires fewer turns to attach the attachment! Furthermore, there are no more small parts that can be lost. The nut in the orange attachment is now permanently pressed into the attachment.

The first two poles, each 55 cm long, must be removed because they are too thin. Our attachment goes on the third pole. If you would like us to assemble it for you, you can add this service for €4.99. However, illustrated (english) instructions are included and simple.

Spare parts:

We offer our customers all spare parts for this rod at cost price. For this reason, your order number and a picture of the damaged part are required, as in the past, we have repeatedly tried to order spare parts for other rods. We understand that you can throw away your rod if a rod breaks, but you must contact the seller about this. Our spare parts are exclusively for our rods! Furthermore, they are not compatible, as we have our own internal components for our rods.

International Shipping:

We ship this item worldwide. However, relatively high shipping costs apply, especially to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Norway, due to a bulky goods surcharge. If you need a replacement pole, the same shipping costs will unfortunately apply again, as the individual elements are of the same size. It's a good idea to order other items, as the weight of the package hardly affects the price.

Depending on your country (e.g., Switzerland), you may have to pay taxes on the item in your country. In return, you receive all items from us without the German VAT of 19%. If the item is not picked up from the post office/customs, if the address is incorrect, or for other reasons, the shipping costs and the DHL penalty (€20) will be deducted from the refund!

If you damage a pole (e.g., because the rod collapsed from the top, you got stuck in a tree, used it to lift a much too heavy wooden birdhouse, didn't read the instructions, didn't remove the first two poles, etc.), you will, of course, have to purchase and pay for a replacement part in the shop (replacement pole costs €3.99)! Unlike almost all others, we offer a replacement parts service at cost price, which barely covers our costs!

We inspect all poles before shipping for full functionality and manufacturing/material defects. For the 2-3 customers who believe it broke on its own after 2 years and insist on a free replacement pole (due to alleged material defects!!!), we now offer the option of sending it back to the manufacturer to have it tested for manufacturing or material defects. If there is no material defect, the shipping and testing costs will be charged! We have hundreds of customers who haven't needed a single replacement pole in 4 years, and others who manage to do so in the first few weeks. It all depends on how you handle an item. Carbon fiber doesn't break on its own!
