We check all rods before shipping for full functionality and manufacturing/material defects. You must inspect the rod within 7 days of receipt, as we cannot open a claim with DHL after this period! All complaints after 7 days are excluded!

Attachment and Connector - Version 2022

The new attachments are even more stable and now also serve as the closure for the rod. Thanks to the two integrated Rubber seals hold the cap securely on the rod. You can now easily screw the green attachment on or off as needed. The screw on the connector has been replaced with a thicker one. This prevents the thread from breaking and requires fewer turns to attach the attachment! Furthermore, there are no longer any small parts to lose. The nut in the green attachment is now firmly pressed into place.

The first two rods, each 0.50 m long, must be removed because they are too thin. Our connector goes on the third rod.

Spare Parts:

We offer our customers all spare parts for this rod at cost price. For this reason, your order number and a picture of the damaged part are required, as in the past, attempts were made to order spare parts for other rods. Defective rods, connectors, or attachments can be reordered in the web shop. A photo of the damage and your event or shop order number are required for this.

International Shipping:

We ship this item worldwide. However, there are additional costs, particularly to Switzerland. /LIE /NO due to bulky goods surcharge, relatively high shipping costs apply! If you need a replacement pole, the same shipping costs will unfortunately apply again, as the individual elements are of the same size. It's advisable to order other items, as the weight of the package hardly affects the price.

Depending on your country (e.g., Switzerland), you may have to pay taxes on the item in your country. In return, you receive all items from us without the German VAT of 19%. If the item cannot be picked up from the post office/customs, if the address is incorrect, or for other reasons, the shipping costs of approximately €16 and the DHL penalty (approximately €12) will be deducted from the refund!
