All spare parts for our rods can be reordered from us at the purchase price. But shipping outside of germany will be the same price as the rod!

Depending on the country, (outside Europe)  it is possible that you have to pay tax on the item in your country. In return, you will receive all items from us, without the German VAT of 19%). If the item is not picked up from the post office / customs, the address is wrong, or there are other reasons for returning it to us, the shipping costs of approx. €13 and the DHL penalty (approx. €15) will be deducted from the refund! By purchasing, you agree to this!

The first two poles must be removed from the fishing rod- they are too thin. Our connector need to be attached to the third pole. This 2 poles have a size from 1,9 meters together.   This is the longest possible fishing rod.

Since 18.01 we do the work for you. So you only need to attach the connector to the first pole. From now, we send you a free replacement pole number 1 (The pole where you need to attach the connector)

Important!

If you damage a pole (e.g. because the rod collapsed from above,  you used it to lift a to heavy wooden birdhouse etc.), you must pay for the replacement part! Unlike almost everyone else, we offer a spare parts service at minimum cost price, which barely covers our costs!

We check all rods for full functionality and production/material defects before shipping. Complaints after 2 weeks are excluded. For the 2-3 customers who think that it broke on its own and insist on a free replacement rod after a year (because of alleged material defects!!!), we have the option of sending it back to the manufacturer to have it checked for production or material defects. If there is no material defect, the shipping costs and the costs of the inspection will be charged! We have hundreds of customers who have not needed a single replacement pole in 4 years. It always depends on how you treat an item. Carbon does not break on its own!

When you need to order a replacement pole (outside of germany), you need to pay the same shipping cost as for the fishing rod because it is the same long parcel. By purchasing you agree to this!
