Simply upload your desired motif - enter your desired text and if you want it to be trackable, create a text field with the placeholder TBNR01 (will be replaced by a new number) or your EXISTING tracking number)

If you enter an existing TB number, you must already have this number - a desired number is generally not possible! If the number is made up, the patch afterwards is not trackable! If desired, you can place several motifs and texts on the patch.
